Your Questions
Answered
Your Trip, Your Way.
Planning a custom trip involves a lot of moving parts, and we handle the logistics so you don't have to. Tell us your budget, goals, and preferences, and we'll design a trip tailored to your team. Here are the answers to the questions coaches and teams ask most, from the planning process to the trip itself.

How does a custom trip work?
You tell us your team's goals, budget, and preferences. We design the itinerary, handle the logistics, and refine the plan with you until it fits. Send us an email or give us a call to discuss what you're looking for. and we’ll send proposals for your requested destinations. We’ll then work with you to adjust the plan until it fits your program. Once you feel good about the plan, we’ll send a contract for your review and start organizing the trip.
How far in advance should we start planning?
Earlier planning means more options for flights, lodging, and match play.
[Suggested: 6 to 12 months for international trips, 4 to 6 months for domestic.]
How many players do we need?
There is not a minimum or maximum number of players required for a trip but we've seen it work best when there's more than 10 players.
Can you work with our dates and/or the school calendar?
Yes. Trips are scheduled around your season, breaks, and best times to travel. Fall and spring breaks are popular times along with summer trips that coincide with pro tournaments in Europe and the US.
How much does a trip cost and what's included in the cost?
The cost depends on the destination, trip length, group size, and what you want to be included in the trip (flights, meals, etc).
What does a typical day look like between practice, tournaments, and sightseeing?
Every trip is tailored to your team, but most days follow one of three rhythms: practice days, match days, and a sightseeing day.
Here is a sample from a Miami trip.
Practice Day
Balanced training with time to rest and recharge.
8:00 AM: Breakfast
9:00 AM: Morning practice
12:00 PM: Lunch and rest
2:00 PM: Afternoon practice
4:30 PM: Return to hotel to shower and change
6:00 PM: Optional evening activity, such as Miami Beach, a University of Miami tennis match, a Miami Heat game, or Topgolf
Match Day
A morning tune-up, then competition against a local team.

10:00 AM: Tennis practice
12:00 PM: Lunch
2:00 PM: Travel to the match
3:00 PM: Match play against a Miami high school team
6:30 PM: Team dinner at a restaurant
8:30 PM: Return to hotel
Pro Tournament Day
Start with a practice, then spend the day watching the pros at the Miami Open.
8:00 AM: Practice
10:00 AM: Return to hotel to shower
11:00 AM: Travel to the Miami Open
12:00 PM: Spend the day at the Miami Open watching matches and meeting pro players
7:00 PM: Dinner on the Miami Open grounds, or at a stop on the way back
9:00 PM: Return to hotel
Can we see professional tennis?
Depending on the location and timing, we can add opportunities to connect with pro tennis, such as attending tournaments or training at high-level facilities with current or former ATP/WTA pro coaches. In the past, our players have had the chance to even meet pro players and have a casual Q&A.
Who handles the travel arrangements to and from the trip destination?
Whichever works best for your team. Because players often travel from different locations, many teams book their own flights, but we've also arranged group travel for teams domestically and internationally. Either way, we take care of ground transportation once you arrive
How can we lock in our team's spot?
Start with our interest form or contact form — from there, we will follow up with next steps and start to bring your trip to reality!
Still have a question? Our team is always just a call or email away.
